History
We have ESG certification and multiinternational certificates.
In 2001, we invested in Electrical Vehicle relative studies and got UL approval of EV cables, connectors and inlet based on SAE J 1772 in 2013. Then our direction of studies turned to Solar generation system. First, We developed UL 4703 PV wire and TC-ER/ THWN-2 cable for outdoor and indoor wiring of PV system. All of these were approved by UL and sold to American market. Secondly, we studied European standard PV Cable and got EN certificate of H1Z2Z2-K PV Cable in 2017, IEC certificate of IEC 131 PV Cable in 2019.

    Development and production of various power supply cables for computers and electrical appliances and PSE power supply cables in Japan Chung Kwang quickly became one of the largest power cords production plants in central Taiwan.
     
  • 1996
    The company has won multi-national certifications, and increased the JIS/CNS control cable such as VCT, VTCF. This made our products of power cord series more complete.
     
  • 2005
    After the electronic industry left Taiwan, we turned to devolop kinds of UL electronic wires and industrial control cables. The company’s products became diversified, specialized and customized.
     
  • 2007
    We have invested in the development of various kinds of cables used in the green energy industry, and successfully completed the production of solar wires one after another.
     
  • 2009
    Got UL4703 NEC 690.31(A) Solar Wire Certification in June (E326079)
     
  • 2010
    Obtained TUV2pfg1169/08.07 PV Cable certificate (R50186672) in August.
     
  • 2011
    1. Obtained USE-2 cable certification for NEC solar system. We were the only domestic manufacturer that can provide a full range of solar wire products. 2. Development of charging plugs and inlets for electric vehicles according to the future prospect of electric vehicle market.
     
  • 2013
    Obtained the UL certificate of SAE J 1772/ UL2251 and CSA charging plug and inlet and corresponding charging cables. It has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance and UV resistant.

  • 2014
    1. EN 50618 for PV Cable is officially issued and our factory is engaged in researching. 2. According to customers’ needs, we develop UL 1493 water-resistant underground wire, submersible pump power cable and coil wire. 3. Development of TC-ER/ THHN, THWN-2, in accordance with the requirements of indoor wiring of solar system in U.S.
     
  • 2016
    Sell charging plugs and inlets of electric vehicles B to B, B to C on the Internet, and to 19 countries, including the United States, Europe, Japan, and so on.
     
  • 2017
    In September, the company obtained the certification of European PV Cable H1Z2Z2-K, and began to provide qualified European solar wire to the domestic photoelectric industry, is the earliest supplier in Taiwan.

  • 2019
    On April 1st, we obtained IEC certification and officially produced IEC 131 PV Cable.
     
  • 2021
    Mass production of American Standard TC-ER/THHN/THWN-2, and export to U.S. to earn foreign currency.
     
  • 2023
    1. Increase kinds of instruments for raising our QC ability such as UV testor, Oil resistant tester and freezer for cold impact test. 2. Win the award for 2023 D&B Top 1000 Elite SME Award- ESG Sustainability Award.
